Approximately five thousand people visited the Terra Hill sales gallery on the weekend of 10-12 February 2023, as reported by Hoi Hup Realty.

A two-bedroom penthouse is 840 square feet in size, a three-bedroom is 1,335 square feet, a four-bedroom is 1,539 square feet, and a five-bedroom is 2,120 square feet.
On the site’s highest point, the Prestige Collection has 24 identical four-bedroom homes measuring 1,894 square feet and six five-bedroom penthouses measuring 3,035 square feet.
The two-bedroom condos in the Signature Collection start at over $1.5 million, the three-bedroom units at over $2.3 million, and the four-bedroom units at over $3.4 million. Prestige Collection four-bedroom apartments cost over $5 million.
