For 9 consecutive quarters, the supply of unsold private homes under development has fallen to a 15-year low, and this trend is not projected to reverse itself in 2023.

Over the course of two years and three months, from the second quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2022, 5,320 unsold private dwelling units were built.

According to the schedule of future launches in 2023 shown below, there will be fewer new launches in 2023 than there were in 2020 and 2021. Large-scale development projects also decreased in quantity with less launch activity.

In 2023, private house prices will likely continue to climb due to high land and building expenses, as well as robust housing market demand.
