Colliers also stated that they expect the site to be unlikely triggered soon as the response to its neighboring Dairy Farm Road site was somber having only five bids from developers with a top bid amounting to $830 per square foot per plot ratio which was awarded successfully in September 2018. This is due to the post-cooling measures that have been implemented. Additionally, Colliers stated that they expect the site to have a top bid to reach about $280 million.
