The Crest Laser Light ShowTo draw more potential buyers, the developer of The Crest condominium has built a marquee to accommodate guests interested in seeing the spectacular light and sound show.

The idea of Wing Tai-led consortium for five-minute free laser light show came about 2 to 3 months ago and started last 1 July. The Crest’s laser light show happening 4 nights a week, from 8pm to 9pm every Thursday to Sunday until end of July.

Wing Tai joined forces with Showtec Group, the company accountable for the latest attraction at the National Day Parade, to create the laser lighting display with a cost between $20,000 and $30,000.

The lighting show uses laser beams mapping out The Crest condominium’s unique architecture. Designed by a Japanese architect, Pritzker Prize winner Toyo Ito, the exterior of building is designed to seem like blooming tree.

Subsequently, brochures promoting the laser display were spread out to Wing Tai’s client base and nearby residents.

The light and sound spectacle is being held in accordance with Wing Tai’s one bedroom campaign, which allow potential buyers to change a one bedroom unit into 2-bedroom unit through $80,000 worth free interior design.

The 99-year leasehold  The Crest is located in the Good Class Bungalow (GCB) area of Bishopsgate and Jervois, it is also close to the Orchard Road shopping belt and Redhill MRT station.
