Amolat Singh, the lawyer told, “These companies are evading the nominal tenancy policy via an exit clause insertion. ” So I can join to that certain kind of compliance and say: ” My apologies, after a week, I realized, I want to back out and that will be respected,” he told.
More or less there is 600 property development, from January to September 2017 which are under investigation revealed by Urban Redevelopment Authority.
It further stressed that companies allowing accommodation services are subject to an action once caught violating the policy.
