The residential site on Perumal Road is in close proximity to amenities like Mustafa Centre, Farrer Park Station and City Square Mall. It is also within a short distance away from Sturdee Residences, which proves to have a good buyer response when it sold 192 units from its 305 available units. This residential site situated in District 08 includes a commercial space on the first storey of the property. The site was up for sale on the Confirmed List and has a site area of 3847.8 square meters.

The tender for these two residential sites, which can yield 525 potential residential units, will close on January 17, 2017 at 12 PM.
