Orchard Boulevard new condo plot was the first GLS site offered in the Orchard region since May 2018. Cuscaden Reserve, a 99-year leasehold condo, is now being constructed by SC Global Developments, New World Development, and Far East Consortium, all of which are publicly traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The land has the potential to accommodate 270 residential units and 500 square meters (GFA) of commercial space. The release date is set for October 2023.

Cuscaden Reserve, a development of 192 units, has seen prices per square foot (psf) rise to above S$3,800. Pricing for the project began in 2019 at S$3,300 to S$3,500 psf.
Huttons’ senior research director Lee Sze Teck has speculated that the site’s unit mix, size, and selling price may have to “cater more towards the local market” in light of the recent property cooling measures’ effect on foreign demand.
In 2018, nine bids competed for the Cuscaden Reserve land, which was sold for S$410 million, or S$2,377 psf ppr.
