MCL Land set to launch its jurong new condo Lake Grande over the weekend. Comprises of 710 units, Lake grande consists more of smaller units 1 and 2 bedrooms. There seems to be strong interest in this development with more than 1000+ registered for the preview. Most of the units comes with either a Lake view or pool view.
Numerous jurong transformation news probably contribute to the strong interest such as Jurong Gateway, High Speed Rail, Jurong Innovation District (JID). On top of that, there's not much of new development in the west especially in Jurong and boon lay area.
