Residential site at West Coast Vale Singapore has been released for sale today June 18 by Urban Redevelopment Authority under the Confirmed List of the 1st Half 2015 of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Nearby the West Coast Vale is 3 renowned schools, Jurong Lake District and New launch Waterfront @ Faber. Land parcel is also close to Southern Ridges Loop connecting to Pandan Reservoir and Bukit Batok Nature Park, it is also connected to Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and West Coast Highway.
According URA’s statement, the 19,000 square metres (sq m) site at West Coast Vale can potentially yield around 595 residential units in 99 years lease period.
The tender for West Coast Vale land parcel will end at August 4.
