Singapore housing market at Jurong Gateway area is expected to heat up in the coming months after the announced of the upcoming Singapore-Kuala Lumpur high speed rail (HSR) project would be located in Jurong Country Club.
Given the bullish outlook, property developers will probably launch additional residential units close to the current site of Jurong Country Club in Jurong East, the consultancy noted.
According to the report, additional units are expected to come out in projects located within the area of the upcoming terminus, while property developers look to actively capitalize on the developments in the area with positive attributes.
Singapore property include Lakeville @ lakeside with 246 unlaunched units and Waterfront @ Faber located at Faber Walk with 30 yet-to-be released units. Both projects are just 2 kilometers away from the upcoming HSR terminus.
