The Urban Redevelopment Authority has released for sale by public tender a residential site located at Fernvale Road on 16 August.
The 99-year lease period will be offered at 17,196.4 sq m site of Fernvale Road in Sengkang, with a maximum GFA of 51,590 sq m.
Launched under Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half 2016 (2H2016), the site can yield around 605 residential units.
According to Head, CBRE Research, Singapore and South East Asia, Desmond Sim, property analysts expect the Fernvale Road site to attract more developer interest, since only 3 residential sites are confirmed for sale in 2H2016.
The site at Fernvale Road is close to the eateries along Jalan Kayu, Thanggam LRT station, Tampines Expressway (TPE) and The Seletar Mall. It is also close to other residential development such as High Park Residences @ Fernvale and Rivertrees Residences.
The tender for Fernvale Road site will end on 27 September.
