A condominium in the popular estate of Kallang, this project will be located in close proximity to schools such as Mayflower Secondary and a short bus ride to Ang Mo Ki Ltd.
It is also near to Bedok View Secondary School. A condominium situated only a short walk away from Tanah Merah MRT Station.

Taurus Properties SG (City Developments Ltd & MCL Land) is planned to construct the Tengah Garden Walk, a 99-year leasehold property with approximately 615 EC units.
