ABOUT NORTHUMBERLAND ROAD NEW CONDO

June 24, 2020, the Ministry of National Development (MND) officially announced the four new development sites for the fast-approaching Government Land Sales(GLS) and luckily among the four, three are coming from the Confirmed list- Northumberland Road New Condo, Tengah Garden Walk (EC) and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. These developments are possible for 1,370 residential units and commercial space which comes in 1,500 sq m.

Northumberland Road New Condo expects to have a bidder for at least 5-7 bidders, with S$900 – 1,000 psf ppr as the highest bid and developers are positive for S$1,900 – 2,000 psf on its launching.

Northumberland Road New Condo covers an area of at least 0.83 hectares. A potential condominium of 385. Estimated tender launching on October 2020 and 2022/2025 is the estimated launch for sale and completion.

Northumberland Road New Condo has a stretch of 0.39 kilometres that can be seen after the Farrer Park in Singapore.

The Northumberland Road New Condo stood at the intersection of Gloucester Road and Racecourse Road, right across Farrer Park MRT station and the huge Farrer Park Hospital.
