A new site at Yishun avenue 9 was released for sale by HDB and is zoned for building executive condo. The executive condo site measuring 21,514 square meter has a max GFA of 60,240 square meter and can build about 600 residential units.

In view of current covid pandemic, HDB extends a longer period of 6 months for developers to do their assessment and submit their bid. Deadline is on 29th october.

If Covid-19 is contained by October 2020, the tender result should be more favorable with analyst expect about 5 bidders with average about $500 psf ppr.
