A long-standing company Hmlet has collaborated with LHN real estate business group to layout and renovate the recent build property around areas of Tanjong Pagar/ Cantonment Downtown CBD areas.
This took place following the tender over state property rental which was given by Singapore Land Authority straight to LHN Facilities Management, LHN’s indirect subsidiary.
To showcase more than 150 rooms as function apartments, each unit is expected as the biggest dedicated co- living real estate property owned by Hmlet in the whole of Singapore until the present.
It stood at 150 Cantonment Road, occupying an area of 76,002.5 sq ft, with 47,352.12 sq ft floor area, and expected for its soft opening as early as July.
“With Hmlet pioneering the layout, LHN will construct more amenities like gym, swimming pool, and Cafe in an all-day- house inspired,” told Hmlet.

It stressed that the tender of the property was in sync to the government’s design in building new houses under CBD and modernize office developments to a mixed-use property.
