Copen Grand Clubhouse
According to City Developments Ltd (CDL), an executive condominium (EC) called Copen Grand that is being developed in Tengah Town by City Developments Ltd (CDL) and MCL Land has had about 20,700 visits to its sales gallery since the property opened for preview on October 7.
Approximately 2,300 electronic applications were submitted for the 639-unit development during the application period that began on October 7 and ended on October 17 respectively. The 22nd of October will mark the beginning of sales and reservations for the Copen Grand. On October 21, balloting will take place the day before the election.
“With shortage of supply of new executive condominiums coming onboard, home buyers were attracted to Copen Grand’s strong attributes and near to three MRT stations that is coming up,” CDL says in a statement released on October 18th. “This proximity to three upcoming MRT stations is unique for an EC.”

The builder says that purchasers are also drawn to the property because of its proximity to neighboring hubs like as Jurong Innovation District and Jurong Lake District, in addition to the lifestyle facilities that are offered in Tengah Town.
The “first sustainable and smart precinct” in Singapore is envisioned to be the forthcoming Tengah Town development, of which Copen Grand is the first executive condominium to be built there. It will have the first car-free town center and subterranean roadways, which will free up space on the ground level for walking and cycling lanes that are only designated for such activities. Amenities will include a future central park that will be 20 acres in size.
The MRT stations Tengah, Hong Kah, and Tengah Plantation that will be part of the future Jurong Region Line are all within walking distance of Copen Grand. A bus interchange is also close by.
The EC will consist of 12 buildings, each of which will have 14 stories. The apartments will vary in size from 807 square feet for a two-bedroom home with a study to 1,722 square feet for a top-floor luxury unit with five bedrooms.
