CanningHill Piers which comprises a 696-unit building scheduled to open in Q4 2021, with apartments ranging in size from 410 to 8,950 square feet. It is an integrated development that is connected with Fort Canning MRT Station. The development set to launch in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The building will be located in District 6 between Fort Canning Hill and the Singapore River, and will include two residential towers, one of which will be the highest residential development along the Singapore River at 180 meters (48 storeys). The second 24-story, 100-meter-tall skyscraper will overlook Fort Canning.
The building will have one- to five-bedroom apartments, Sky Suites, and a penthouse unit, ranging in size from 410 to 8,950 square feet.
The developers revealed that the two residential towers would be connected by a sky bridge on Level 24, which would also house various lifestyle facilities such as an infinity lap pool, sky gym, flexi lounge, function room, and sky gourmet, as well as unobstructed views of the Singapore River, Fort Canning Hill, Marina Bay, and the Central Business District (CBD).
Level 3 also has additional facilities such as an outdoor running track, an adventure-themed children’s play area, and a climbing wall.
The home will be part of an integrated development that will also feature a commercial component with retail and F&B outlets, a hotel managed by Marriott International under the Moxy brand, and a serviced residence with a hotel license operated under the Somerset brand.
CanningHill Piers is designed by Danish architectural company Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), which is responsible for projects such as Via 57 West in New York and 8 House in Copenhagen. It is scheduled to open in 2025.
The property will be immediately connected to the Fort Canning MRT station and will be close to the North East Line’s Clarke Quay MRT station. It will also be located next to the popular F&B and leisure hotspot Clarke Quay.
