Residential site at Singapore West Coast Vale with 99-year leasehold tenure has been released by Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) under the reserve list of 1H2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
With gross floor area of approximately 493,611 sqft, this 176,288 sqft 99-year leasehold site could potentially yield up to about 520 units.
Located at Sungei Pandan, the residential site is well connected to Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and West Coast Highway. Some of commercial amenities like Jem, Westgate and the Big Box located within Jurong Lake District are also in the vicinity.
Meanwhile, the nearby site with 203,532 sq ft Parc Riviera was awarded to EL Development last year in August. The group submitted $314.1 million highest bid, after receiving 6 bids.
