Singapore flat on West Coast Road has been resold under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme or Sers for a replacement of new flat.
The 68 sqm 3-bedroom flat was sold earlier this week for $330,000, SRX Property revealed. Before the announcement of Sers last month, the low-floor 3-bedroom flat were attractive $255,000 to $260,000.
Comprises 994 flats, this West Coast Road site stands across Blocks 513 to 520. The site located close to NEWest @ West Coast will be demolished and redeveloped, with existing residents provided new units from West Coast Link and Clementi Avenue 1 projects. Both are due to be completed in year 2022.
For residents want to sell thier West Coast Road Sers flats must do so before end-July 2017.
The calculated total compensation in the West Coast Road Sers project is about $294,100 to $334,900 for a 67 sqm 3-room flat, according to the guide of HDB.
Flat owner will be informed with the exact compensation in the second quarter of 2017.
