Both units come with a Daikin Smart Hub, which combines smart devices into a common control platform, allowing for remote air conditioning control in the living room and master bedroom.

A smart mirror that doubles as a regular mirror and a multi-entertainment tablet is often included in four-bedroom apartments.

A research room is included with almost any unit type, and the top-floor units have high-volume living and dining areas.

A 50-meter lap pool, clubhouse, cantilever gym, kid’s pool, and visual sky garden are among the amenities available at the development. Conference space and a function room are also accessible.

“There is a high demand for residential units in the one-north region right now, so the introduction of this project is timely. The last residential project constructed here was 14 years ago, and private residential choices are limited,” said Yoichi Kaga, Managing Director of TID Pte. Ltd.

One-North Eden was planned by P&T Consultants and Japanese architecture company Hoshino Architects, as well as award-winning luxury interior designer SuMisura, and is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024.
