D’Leedon by CapitaLandSingapore’s biggest and leading property developer CapitaLand Ltd has been awarded for the CTBUH’s Best Tall Building ward and Urban Habitat Award featuring its commercial property CapitaGreen located at Market Street in District 01, property firm stated in a press last 22 June.

Established in 2007, The CTBUH awards recognized distinguished projects all over the globe which have made a great parts to the progress of tall buildings and the urban environment, and also accomplish sustainability at the broadest and highest level.

The 40-storey high-rise office building by CapitaLand was awarded for the Best Tall Building Award in Asia & Australasia category. Singapore Property offers some of CapitaLand’s skyscraper project, which include D’Leedon and Skyvue.

Residential development in Singapore D’Leedon was also a finalist for the CTBUH 2015 Best Urban Habitat Award category. The award was given to project that shows certain contribution to the surrounding environment.

Singapore’s CapitaLand has achieved a total of 14 UD Mark awards and 92 Green Mark awards for its excellent development in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and recently in Australia.
