The Landmark Showflat draw more than 1000 homebuyers over the weekend 2

During its preview over the weekend, The Landmark showflat, a 39-storey residential project inside the heritage-rich Outram Area, drew approximately 1,200 potential homebuyers.

The development consists of 396 units of 1 to 3 bedroom residences, with sizes varying from 495 sqft for a 1 bedroom to 1,141 sqft for a 3 bedrooms, designed by Landmark JV, a joint venture between SSLE Development, MCC Singapore and ZACD Company.

We find the attendance to be highly encouraging on the first preview weekend, particularly in view of mandated secure management measures that placed a limit on the overall allowed number of people at any time within the sales gallery and display suites. “For the two weekend days, all available appointment spaces were entirely taken up,” said a spokeswoman for The Landmark.

Notably, nine time slots that began over the weekend from 9am to 10pm were provided by the developers.

“While homebuyers are reduced by the numerous safe management steps, the more controlled crowd has helped us to have more quality marketing time and exposure to potential homebuyers,” the spokesman said.

“He indicated that the increased effort by the visitors to render previous registrations “could contribute to better qualified prospects.

In real estate sales gallery activities, we see this modern normal as a better and more sustainable form of consumer interaction in the time ahead,” he said.

The Landmark also has three basement parking levels and nearly 60 lifestyle amenities across five decks.
