Prices of Singapore completed non-landed homes decreased by 1 percent last March, after climbing 0.5% a month earlier, according to NUS Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) latest flash estimates.
Except for small units, prices of units in central region fell 0.5% last march, after posted a 0.7% increase in February. While in non-central region, prices dropped by 1.4%, after gaining 0.4% in the previous month.
Singapore central region sub-basket pertains to Properties sited in district 1 to district 4 and district 9 to district 11, it includes the upcoming properties such as Sturdee Residences in District 08 and Cairnhill 9 Nine at District 09, while properties within the different districts are belong to non-Central region sub-basket, which includes the projects like The Visionaire in District 27 and Stars of Kovan in District 19.
