Sim Lian Group has revealed the prices for 534 Wandervale EC unit at Choa Chu Kang Drive in District 23, it is the first major property launch this 2016.
According to a statement release by Sim Lian Group, price of 3 bedroom unit start from $655,000, while $753,000 for premium of 3 bedroom unit and $896,000 for 4 bedroom unit. Resulting to an average price of $755 psf.
“Price of Wandervale executive condominium (EC) is competitive against other executive condominium (EC) in the market today,” Sim Lian Group stated. Sizes of EC units range from 958 sq ft to 1,249 sq ft.
Wandervale showflat draw more than 5,000 visitors and received 783 e-applications after 11 days of application period. Prospective buyers were attracted to Wandervale EC due to its location and overall design.
