Once again, the Shunfu Ville is being put up for en block sale in the estate market according to JJL, its Marketing agent. The property owner is asking for at least s$688 million. This amount renders to almost S$791 per square foot of plot ratio.
Shunfu Ville is located at the Thomson area and it comprise of three blocks of 16-storey apartment building and three blocks of low-rise massionettes. It has a total of 358 units in a site area of around 410,000 sqft. Built in the late 1980s, this estate was privatised in 2013.
JJL further mentioned that majority of the owners have already conceded to the collective sale. Already put up for sale on September 2015, Shunfu Ville will close its tender exercise on March 10.
