Luxurious seafront luxury condo by Keppel land and Mapletree based in the Greater Southern Waterfront set to launch in January 2021.
Showing viewing is solely by appointment, Mapletree Investments and Keppel Land said as they set to launch The Reef Showflat over the weekend.
The development in the Greater Southern Waterfront is geographically positioned inside the HarbourFront and in Keppel Bay enclave and ‘which the Government aims to turn into a new key gateway for economic development along the south coast of Singapore,’ the developers stated.
The Reef at Kings Dock would have 10 residential blocks of 429 single to three-bedroom apartments of 431 square ft to 1,572 sq ft and is anticipated to be finished by 2025.
One bedroom price will start at around $960,000+, two-bedrooms start at $1,600,000+, and three bedrooms launch at $2,800,000+
A gym, sky gardens, tennis court, practical rooms and play area for children are all features of the development. It will deliver “The first floating deck of Singapore within the King’s Dock’s waters” in a residential building. The 180 m swimming deck includes a swimming hall, an olympic swimming pool and a recreational pool.
