The newly launched Poiz Residences located at Meyappa Chettiar Road seen a strong interest from home buyers, about 75 % of its released units snapped up during the first weekend of sales.
In total, 260 apartments units were sold out of its 350 initially launched units under phase one. About 33% of units were one-bedroom, 36% were three-bedders and 31% were four-bedders unit type. Most of the home buyers are Singaporeans with about 98 percent.
Being located close to Potong Pasir MRT station is one of the selling point of The Poiz Residences, MCC Land’s Managing Director Tan Zhiyong stated.
The 731 residential units of The Poiz Residences are part of mixed-use development located at Meyappa Chettiar Road, it also made up of Poiz Centre mall. The Poiz Residences is expected to be completed by 2019.
