Royal Wharf Waterfront Development by Oxley at East London won at the RESI Awards 2015 for the Development of the Year category, held in London last 13 May.
For the Development of the Year category, participants were evaluated base on sustainable benchmarks, innovative design features, benefits to the local community and integration of private & public housing.
Oxley Holdings was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Developers of 2015 – Singapore, for the 2 developments, the Ibis Singapore on Stevens and Novotel Singapore on Stevens.
