In the span of one month, 212 units were sold in Forett at Bukit Timah.

The lavish 633-units Forett at Bukit Timah continues to catch the attention of homebuyers, selling as many as 212 units as of August  31st  or one-third from entire units since the project opened or launched last  August 8th.

In a press release, Yen Chong, the  Deputy General Manager of Qingjian Realty, told nearly 700 guests to set up a showing for the development’s sales gallery, which started August 11 until 31 August.

We truly believed that Forett at Bukit Timah’s reasonable and good price plus a prime location will surely continue to win the interest of the public, she explains.”

Scheduled to hold the vacancy notification somewhere 2024 of September, the freehold, private residential project showcases its one-bedroom unit apartment and five-bedroom elegant suites that come in an area of 1,884 sq ft to a minimum of 474 sq ft.

It nestled right on Toh Tuck Road, just parallel to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and soon the Rail Corridor and Bukit Batok Nature Reserve.

The project sales gallery is just at the opposite of King Albert Park MRT, around Yarwood Avenue. The gallery opens at 10 am up to 7 pm.

Meanwhile, the other project of Qingjian Realty also reported the huge sales, such as Le Quest sold as much as 516-units. Of the 1,206 units in JadeScape, 50 were sold in the past month.
