After the week-long preview of the newest The Alps Residences, the 626-unit project sold 270 units or 43% of the unit last 2 October, according to The Alps Residences' developer MCC Land.
Located at Tampines Street 86, prices range of the project starts at $491,000 for one bedroom unit measuring 441 sq ft and $1.44 million for 4-bedroom units measuring 1,410 sq ft.
According to the spokesperson of The Alps Residences, 88 percent of units sold are made up of one and 2-bedroom units.
The strong response for The Alps Residences attributed to the highly efficient designs of units and competitive prices, the spokesperson for the condominium stated.
The Alps Residences at Tampines is a 99-year leasehold project and due to obtain its TOP in year 2020.
