the-alps-residencesPreview for the newest condominium development, The Alps Residences at Tampines will be open on 24 September, according to Chinese real estate developer MCC Land. Real Estate agencies Huttons and ERA are marketing the upcoming project.

MCC Land paid the hotly contested site at Tampines Street 86 for $227.78 million or $482.59 psf per plot ratio, by which it has attracted 12 bids.

This 168,567 sqft site comprises 9 residential towers of one to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses, was designed with Swiss Alps idea. Unit sizes of project range from 441 sq ft to 2,486 sq ft, while its prices expected to start from around $400,000 for one bedroom unit.

According to the Managing Director of MCC Land, Mr Tan Zhiyong, they particularly engaged a Switzerland-based architectural firm to produce a tropical theme home and Alpine inflections.

The upcoming Alps Residences is located close Tampines MRT station, while other amenities like schools, hospital and shopping malls are also nearby.

The project expected to attains its TOP in year 2020.
