Margaret Drive Site up for tender

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched a 0.48 ha residential site at Margaret Drive in Queenstown up for sale by public tender on 10 November.

URA obtained an application to put the site at Margaret for sale with a minimum bid of $185.758 million. The tender for the land parcel will close on 6 December. "Any offer that is listed below the minimum quote rate of $185.758 million will not be considered," said the URA.

Nearby MRT include 2 MRT stations (Commonwealth and also Queenstown), churches, schools and also a public library. Heading to Orchard Shopping belt is also couple of minutes away.

Launched under Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the land has a maximum gross flooring location of 22,195 sq m. The 99-year leasehold plot might build about 275 homes.
