SINGAPORE – Bukit Sembawang Estates sold 25 units from at Luxus Hills in just 1 week of preview. This last phase, known as Luxus Hills Contemporary Collection, is part of its 999-year at Seletar Hills Estate landed project. There’s a total of 39 landed houses in this phase.
The Inter-terrace were sold at costs from $3.29 million, or land cost of $2,060 psf. The Contemporary Collection involves 36 terraces, 2 semi-detached, and a villa. The land sizes is pretty decent which range from from 1,615 sqft to 6,092 sq ft, and built up area ranges from 3,703 sq ft to 6,028 sq ft.
Most of the buyers are those who had express interest in the earlier phase from past phase and especially at Signature collection and unable to get their units as this configuration is rare on the market.
Similar to previous phase, this phase at contemporary collections comes with deferred payment that appeal those those home buyers under going enbloc or those who are still selling their place and waiting for sales proceed.
The “Reservation Scheme” allows home buyers to reserve their unit with a mere 10% deposit. There’s also a “Stay and Pay Scheme” allows home buyers to stay in immediate once a 20% downpayment is paid for.
