Lake Life EC @ Yuan Ching has revealed its pricing per unit. According to the consortium led by Evia Real Estate, the price rage for this most awaited project starts at $799 up to $930 psf. The average psf is $857.
Lake Life EC @ Yuan Ching is situated at Jurong Lake Estate and sits next to Lakeside MRT Station. Its tenure is 99 years and its TOP date will be on December 2017.The unit mix for this project includes two bedroom units, three bedroom units, four bedroom units, five bedroom units and penthouses. Their size range starts from 734 sqft to 1711 sqft.
The average price for the two-bedroom unit is $685,000 while the three-bedroom unit is $898,000. Four bedroom units will cost around $1.07 million while the five-bedroom units will cost (on average) around $1.388 million.
It can be observed that the price psf for an Executive Condominium (EC) is a lot higher. That is because of the Evia’s price of $418 per square foot per plot ratio for their site.
Though it seems costly, Lake Life EC @ Yuan Ching is actually a lot cheaper than its competitors. It is even lower than its indicative price range of $880-$890 psf. The private condos near Lake Life offer (on average) $1,300 psf for their units.
Showflat for this project was opened last November 1, instead of the first announcement (November 5). The advance opening was intended for the upcoming crowd. Bookings will start in November 8, 2014.
