Singapore; URA will be launching a White site for sale under 2H2019 Government Land Sales (GLS) program. Unlike other land sales, this site will be under the concept and price approach whereby site tenderer will be assess based on proposal first. Only those successful concept proposals will be evaluated on their tender price.

This concept will twist developer concept in land bidding as they now have to draw up exceptional proposal to impress first follow by the land price in order to have a better chance of winning the land tender.
