Generations @ Tannery is attracting growing attention as its preview period continues ahead of the official launch on July 17. The upcoming 12-storey freehold Grade-A B1 industrial development has welcomed a steady stream of prospective buyers since its sales gallery opened on July 1, with interest coming from both owner-occupiers and investors. Early enquiries have already translated into expressions of interest, highlighting demand for premium industrial properties in Singapore.
Developed by Providence Estates, the project replaces the former City Industrial Building at 71 Tannery Lane, transforming a long-standing industrial site into a contemporary business development. The developer has placed considerable emphasis on creating a workplace that differs from traditional industrial buildings by combining modern architecture with premium specifications and thoughtfully designed shared spaces.

The development will comprise 54 strata-titled production units, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,658 to 2,695 square feet. Many of the units feature generous ceiling heights, allowing owners the flexibility to add mezzanine levels if required. Adding further flexibility, selected units are offered in a dual-key configuration. These layouts allow owners to occupy one section while leasing the other, creating opportunities for both operational use and rental income.
