Records show that there were no Executive Condos that were launched during the second quarter this year. However, it was noted that developers were able to sell 154 EC last quarter (second quarter). The sale was higher as compared to the sales during the first quarter (only 149 EC).
The above increase in sales also reflected on the sales for private properties (not including EC). During the first quarter this year, developers were able to sell 1744 units. That quantity is quite far from the deals made on the second quarter- 2665 private residential units!
The sales are growing. This growth has been made possible by the increasing number of investors over Singapore, the ever-blooming Singapore market and the increasing power of Singaporean currency.
