Singapore based CapitaLand will soon to launch its newest integrated development at Orchard Road district, the project consisting of serviced residences and residential apartments is set to launch to the public by next month.
Standing at 122 metres high building, CapitaLand’s latest development is set to holds the title as tallest buildings in Orchard area, it will also directly connected to Paragon with a covered link-bridge.
Cairnhill Nine at Cairnhill Road is the first condominium to launch in Orchard area for the past three years, it is a 30-storey building with around 268 units ranging from one bedroom to four bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Sizes of every units will range from 591 sq ft to 3,864 sq ft with an average prices of $1.35 million for 1 bedroom unit, $2.49 million for 2 bedroom units and $3.68 million for a 4 bedder units.
According to CEO of CapitaLand Singapore, Wen Khai Meng, the 30-storey Cairnhill Nine is targeted families, young professionals and overseas buyers who enjoy living surrounds the world-renowned shopping belt the Orchard Road district.
To promote Cairnhill Nine, CapitaLand conduct a roadshow in Jakarta Indonesia, targeting foreign buyers, as the Orchard Road district has consistently been famous with Indonesians, shared Wen.
CapitaLand's Cairnhill Nine is a 99-year leasehold project located near to Somerset and Orchard MRT stations, established schools, medical facilities and shopping malls are also nearby. The project is due to be completed at the end of 2016.
