Developer Sim Lian JV launched for lease 200,000 sq ft of office space at Vision Exchange located on the top eight floors.
The Vision Exchange is a 25-storey mix development located at the Jurong Gateway regional centre, it comprises medical suites and F&B on the first 2 levels. While offices are placed in the tower block from the 6th to 25th floors. The project is due to be completed by first quarter of 2017.
With about 25,000 sq ft across every storey, the 18th to 25th floors will offer large office spaces for tenants and the minimum section available from 2,000 sq ft.
The 25-storey development by Sim Lian JV features high-grade specifications like floor-to-ceiling clearance, advanced floor system, high floor loading capacity and full-height glass facing for natural lighting.
According to developer Sim Lian Group, the Vision Exchange provides businesses with the flexibility of establishing offices with innovative layouts and designs. In addition, businesses and investors have the choice of owning a units within the project.
The Vision Exchange along Venture Avenue is jointly developed by Sim Lian Development and Sim Lian Group’s Sim Lian Land. The development is also the group’s first project mainly focused on commercial spaces.
