Both lots 10 and 12  are accessible through Woodlands Road. According to the 2019 Master Plan, they are located in the Business 2 zone and have a plot ratio of 2.5.  Lot 10 is 34,919 square feet in size, whereas Lot 12  is just 30,246 square feet.

Potential of the Site

Smartisan is planning to build a freehold food processing facility on the land known as Smart Food. Smartisan is well-accustomed to the industrial market, having built both the industrial property E9 Premium @ Woodlands and One KA @ Macpherson.
