Vista Park is an en bloc site that is listed in the 2017 Collective Sales. Included in the Second Half sales in 2017, the property is fully acquired by Oxley Holdings Ltd at its tender closing on December 13, 2017. The site has drawn attention from 5 developers that are renowned in the country. Oxley Holdings Ltd topped all these developers with a costly $418 million winning bid.

The Vista Park en bloc success marks the fourth sale for the December 2017. The bid amount includes a $72 million amount to top the site up to 99 years leasehold.

The property is well comprised of 209 units which are housed in an elegant residential building facing the beautiful view of the sea. It was zoned as residential with a 1.4 allowable plot ratio and five-storey maximum height. With an admissible gross floor area of 446,951 square feet, the site is expected to house a fabulous residential development.

During its launch in November 2017, the site offers a reserve price of $323 million indicating a guide price of $350 million.

The new development name as “Kent Ridge Hill Residences” set to launch end of 2018.
