By showing the confidence in the growth potential of Yishun, Singapore developer launched the newest mixed-use residential and commercial development on 12 March.
Developed by Northern Resi Pte Ltd & Northern Retail Pte Ltd, The Wisteria and Wisteria Mall is the third mixed-used development to launch at Yishun area since year 2013 after North Park Residences and Nine Residences, both projects are also integrated development with shopping malls.
Zoned for residential and commercial use, this 99-year leasehold project was awarded for $185.09 million last January 2015, with approximately 105,054 sq ft site area.
The Wisteria condominium on levels 4 to 12 consists 3 nine-storey towers with a total of 216 condo units, sizes of unit range from 441 sq ft to 1,173 sq ft.
The residential units of The Wisteria will contain some smart-home features, allowing future homeowner to remotely control air-conditioning and door access using a smart device.
According to a spokesperson for Array Realty, 50 percent of the total condo unit or 108 units will see being released to buyers.
The initial average price of units will range from $1,030 psf to $1,050 psf, covering a 5% early bird discount, spokesperson stated.
Meanwhile, the commercial spaces of the project is approximately 40% leased with two anchor tenants, Kopitiam food court and NTUC Finest.
The Wisteria Mall is the only commercial development in Yishun South, it will benefit the growing number of future residents in the area, spokesperson added.
