Toa Payoh Lorong 1 New Condo Site Location

On 8 November 2022, it was reported that the Police Security Command will be relocating from its current location at the Lorong 1 Toa Payoh GLS land site to make way for a private residential development.

Lorong 8 Toa Payoh will soon be the new home of the Police Security Command. There, it will construct a new building on an area of 1 hectare.

This development is anticipated to be in great demand due to the proximity of the land plot to Braddell MRT Station and the scarcity of private residential dwellings in the neighborhood.

 

Potential of the Site

The Lorong 1 Toa Payoh Site, which is on the Reserve List, has the capacity to produce 775 dwelling units. The total buildable area is 66,121 square meters (711,721 square feet), while the site itself is 15,743 square meters (169,456 square feet).

There is a good likelihood that the sale of the Toa Payoh Lorong 1 GLS site on the reserve list will be initiated. Location: in the established Toa Payoh neighborhood.
