This land parcel has a total site area of 19,309.6 m^2. has a lot of nearby amenities that include Marine Parade Town Centre, Tao Nan School, CHIJ Katong Convent, Parkway parade, 112 Katong and Victoria Junior College. It is also connected by the East Coast Parkway to many diffrent locations in Singapore with Siglap MRT station for the commuters convenience.

Its neighboring established properties include Villa Marina, The Flow @ East Coast, Mandarin Gardens and Fernwood Towers. The tender will end on January14, 2016 at 12 NN.
