Strong Interest at Suburban Projects Leads to Better Sales

Singapore’s Botanique at Bartley by UOL and Yishun’s North Park Residences by Frasers Centrepoint Ltd continued to register strong sales in May, according to media reports.

Urban Redevelopment Authority presents the data showing that the 920 unit of North Park Residences sold another 59 units last May, making a total number of sold to 538 units.

Moreover, UOL’s Botanique at Bartley with 797-unit moved another 94 units in May, taking the overall number of 345 units sold.

Sales of two projects turn out as key drivers to significant growth of new-home market last April. Above all, developer sales dipped by 45% last May due to the new launches shortage.
