The VenueSingapore property developer City Developments Limited (CDL) marked the SAF Day last 1 July by launching a special promotion for all national servicemen seeking to buy private condominiums.

As part of the Special NS Promotion, City Developments Limited (CDL) is giving a special discount to qualified buyers of any units at CDL's 3 residential projects such as Coco Palms, D’Nest and The Venue Residences & Shoppes.

The developer's latest campaign happens amidst a sharp downtrend in property market of Singapore. To promote property sales, some Singapore developers are getting creative by offering trips, prizes and marketing their projects to foreign buyers.

According to the spokesman of CDL, the promotion was turn out in support of the nationwide NS campaign, and very first by any Singapore developer.

The special discount offered by CDL is valid for all Regulars servicemen (NSF), NSF and NS men from Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Singapore Police Force (SPF), and Regulars and NS men (Reservists) of Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

City Developments Limited (CDL) did not reveal the exact percentage of special discount that buyer would get.
