This weekend, starting on August 27, FRASERS Property will be launching its new condo Sky Eden@Bedok. Sales will begin on September 10.
In a press release on Thursday, August 25, the property developer said that prices will start at about S$1.3 million for a 2-bedroom unit that is 657 square feet, S$1.7 million for a 3-bedroom unit that is 893 square feet, and S$2.6 million for a 4-bedroom unit that is 1,302 square feet.
Frasers Property says that the price per square foot (psf) for the project starts at S$1,937 psf.
Sky Eden@Bedok is the first new home in Bedok Town Centre in 10 years. It will get a temporary occupation permit in the first half of 2027.
Lorraine Shiow, at Frasers Property, thinks the development will be a “green focal point in the area” because of its focus on biophilic design and green features like landscaped sky bridges on every level, an eco-pond and an environmental deck.
Shiow said that both of Frasers Property’s most recent projects, Seaside Residences and Parc Greenwich, are now sold out. He also called Rivière “one of the best-selling projects in recent months.”
