Any indicative pricing? Seems pretty hard to compare as there's not much new condo nearby for comparison. last 1 nearby was probably Villas Marina that was launched in 1999.
With the upcoming MRT Station and rare few plot of seafront living condominium probably are some strong attributes contributing to the benefits of this development
Like this area as its near the beach. Just a 10 minutes walk via underpass and can reach east coast park already with seafood centre and east coast hawker centre just opposite.
Buying groceries though not within walking distance but still got a few supermarket to choose from at siglap centre and cafes and restaurants along Upper east coast road
