Excluding executive condominiums (EC), Singapore property developers sold 745 private homes in April, from 843 units sold in March.
The result shows 11.6% decline on monthly basis and 36.2% decline on yearly basis.
According to the CEO of PropNex Realty, Mohamed Ismail, the transaction volume last April is mostly contributed by executive condominiums (ECs) sales, forming large part of the total number sold of new homes in April.
The 305-unit Sturdee Residences was the second top-seller for the month of April, with a median price of $1,620 psf.
