Pollen & BleuSingapore Pollen & Bleu is a much-awaited condominium located at Farrer Drive, Singapore. The showflat is set to open from Friday, 1 May for VVIP preview to pre-registered guests, marketing materials from a real estate agency stated.

The three blocks of 8-storey residential units in prime District 10 will comprise a total of 106 condo units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms plus deluxe penthouses and SOHO units.

Despite the actual launch prices of Pollen & Bleu have not been announced yet, the official website of the project revealed the average selling price of approximate $1,900 psf. For the meantime, calls were not answered by developer.

Pollen & Bleu Singapore is located along Farrer Drive close to the underground Farrer Road MRT station, Holland Village MRT stations, Botanic Garden and Coronation Shopping Plaza. Many good schools like ACS (International), St Margaret’s Secondary School and Nanyang Primary School are also in the vicinity.

The 99-year leasehold Pollen & Bleu is expected to TOP in 2018.

According to Mr Ong Teck Hui, JLL research head, North Park Residences and Botanique at Bartley were new launches in April which have achieved encouraging sales.

Singapore new private homes reached the sold of 1,379 units in first quarter of 2015, corresponding with the 1,376 units sold in the previous quarter.
